TECHNICIAN

  • Build electronic assemblies, cables, wire harnesses using hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, etc.

  • Skilled with interpretation of drawings, procedures, specifications, etc.

  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, crimpers, wire cutters, fixtures, and related wire preparation and mechanical assembly tooling

  • Must be capable of following verbal and written instructions  

  • Requires self-initiative and ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Precision and attention to detail required

  • Effective and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work for extended periods on their feet, and lift and transport up to 50 pounds

Desired qualifications:

  • Associates degree, technical certification, or minimum 2 years electro-mechanical assembly experience

Technician
Sales Assistant

SALES ASSISTANT

  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • General office administration support

Desired qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience

  • Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer

  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career

  • Manufacturing accounting and inventory systems experience a plus!

Engineer I

ENGINEER I

  • Work in a new product, small team environment

  • Work closely and communicate effectively with customer and in-house engineers

  • Hands on assembly and installation work

  • Troubleshooting of electrical cable mechanical assemblies

  • Closely coordinate outsourcing activities with customers and suppliers

  • Develop and maintain, BOM structures and build procedures

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science

  • GPA: 3.0 or above

  • Experience with New Product Introduction and low volume high mix electro-mechanical assembly production

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Experience with new product development and introduction

  • Knowledgeable in Autocad and SolidWorks a plus

  • Experience with working from customer specifications, assembly and schematic drawings

  • Experience with a MRP systems a plus

  • Proven ability to successfully write and verbally communicate procedures and processes.
